Teachers can choose activities based on the educational project they want to work on with the class participating in the sleep over camp.
We offer different types of activities:
Team-building activities with cooperative games:
games with a parachute
Sports activities:
introduction to horses and basic horse riding, treasure hunt games, volleyball, football (soccer), basketball, table tennis, frisbee goal, lacrosse, badminton, bike circuit
Cultural and educational activities aimed at the Natural and Social Sciences and History departments:
Discover the Guilleries area: Savassona Castle, Savallana Castle, the ice well, the rock paintings of Sant Feliuet de Savassona, and the Dau and Sacrifice stones. The archaeological site of l’Esquerda de Roda, the Romanesque heritage of Tavèrnoles and Savassona, and the monastery of Sant Pere de Casserres.
Language and Literature: Jacint Verdaguer, his works, and his museum
Geology: the local geology, rock layers and cliffs around the Sau reservoir, fossils, and native vegetation
Water resources and history: the area’s water resources and the history of the Sau reservoir, including its curiosities
Roman routes and heritage: Roman roads and their connection with the city of Vic
